Taste of DC 2018 Terms and Conditions
Our goal at Taste of DC, LLC is to make your purchasing simple, fast and fair. The following Policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process for the 2018 Taste of DC Event. By purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. Each ticket that you purchase is a revocable license and is subject to the terms of this Policy.
The tickets are NONREFUNDABLE unless the 2018 Taste of DC Event is cancelled in it its entirety. In the event the 2018 Taste of DC Event is cancelled in its entirety, you will receive an automatic refund for the purchase price of the tickets purchased online. If you purchased your tickets at a retail location or via another method refunds must be requested, please return them to the same location for a refund. UPS and retail pickup fees will not be refunded. Notice of any cancellations will be posted on thetasteofdc.org website. Lost, stolen, counterfeited, damaged or destroyed tickets will not be replaced under any circumstances.
Tickets may only be used on the day of the 2018 Taste of DC Event for which they are purchased and are not transferable to any other days of the Event; provided, however, that in the event of a cancellation of any day, but not the entirety of the Event, such tickets for the cancelled day shall be honored on the other days of the 2018 Taste of DC Event.
Tickets will be sold at the event, online, or through authorized third party vendors.We accept several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. The website thetasteofdc.org accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All ticket prices for the Taste of DC Event are stated in U.S. Dollars.
By purchasing a ticket for the 2018 Taste of DC Event, you voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against Taste of DC, LLC management, sponsors, participants, and all of their respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, members, and employees on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor. You bear all risks of inclement weather. Event date and time are subject to change at Taste of DC, LLC’s discretion.
Unlawful or attempted resale and use or attempted use of counterfeit tickets is groundsfor seizure and cancellation of such tickets without compensation. In addition, the Taste of DC, LLC reserves the right to restrict or deny ticket purchasing privileges to anyone that the Taste of DC, LLC determines in its sole discretion to be in violation of this policy.
Taste of DC, LLC reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, from the 2018 Taste of DC Event any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Taste of DC, LLC and publicly accepted rules of conduct.
Tickets are not redeemable for cash. Refunds will not be issued for unused tickets.
