"Ben was born and raised in DC, received his undergraduate degree at the University of Delaware and his graduate degree in England. He began his career at EatWellDC six years ago as a server at Logan Tavern and held various positions before becoming a manager at The Bird.
Ben loves the energy and bustle of working in restaurants. He also loves to travel and credits his love of food and drink to the fact that he was very fortunate to have traveled to many places as a child, experiencing different cultures and sampling different cuisines.
When he's not working or yelling at DC sports teams on TV, Ben is probably off the grid, backpacking and hiking with friends."
